Breathing with the World

My journey into conscious breathing began in high school, sparked by a simple lesson on photosynthesis. I remember the moment it clicked—how trees exhale what we inhale, and vice versa. This realization opened a doorway to something profound: the awareness that we are always in silent conversation with the natural world.
Breathing with the trees, with the earth, with every living being, transformed my perception of life itself. What once seemed ordinary became extraordinary. My awareness deepened, stretching from the tiniest cells within me to the vast expanse of the stars above.
